2. Booking Confirmation

By proceeding with a booking through Aero Fares:

• You acknowledge that Flight Expert (hereafter “we”, “us”, “our”) acts as a booking agent between you and the airline or service provider.

• All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the service provider.

• A booking is not confirmed until full or partial payment has been made and you receive a confirmation email.

• All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Agency Role

Flight Expert is an independent agent acting on behalf of airlines and other travel service providers (such as hotels, airport transfers, etc.).

• We do not own or operate any airline or travel service.

• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, baggage issues, or any service disruptions by third-party providers.

• All services booked via our platform are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of those providers.

4. Flights & Travel Information

• It is your responsibility to ensure the correctness of all personal and travel details before confirming your booking (including full names, dates, routes, etc.).

• Flight times are subject to change. Always reconfirm your flight directly with the airline 24–48 hours before departure.

• You are responsible for understanding visa, passport, health, and insurance requirements based on your destination and nationality.

5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

• Any cancellation or change is subject to the airline’s or provider’s fare rules and policies.

• Aero Fares service fees for changes or cancellations are non-refundable.

• Refunds (if permitted) may take up to 12 weeks or longer, depending on the provider.

• No refunds are applicable for no-shows or missed flights.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• Aero Fares is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with the use of services booked through us.

• You agree to release Aero Fares from all liability in connection with third-party service providers.

• Our liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid by you for the booking in question.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, COVID-19-related issues, and travel delays. Aero Fares does not provide or sell insurance directly.

8. Use of Website

• You agree not to misuse this website for any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

• All content, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Aero Fares and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
